snowboards, ski clothing & ice skates.

ALL SALES FINAL - absolutely no returns

Here's how it works:

On Friday night, you drop off your equipment.  Nothing may be dropped off on Saturday.  You tag your items and set your price.  We supply the tags.  On Saturday, your equipment is offered for sale along with new and used equipment from invited vendors.  If your items sell, you receive a check for 80% of your selling price.  If they don't sell, you pick your items up at the end of the event at 1 PM.  It's that simple.  Anything not picked up is considered a donation to WASA and all profits from the sale go directly to WASA.

Doors officially open at 9:00 AM, Saturday - advance previews of the sale items will not be done this year.

To make the drop-off process quicker and easier for you, please:

  1. Download our intake form. Fill out as much as you can and bring it with you on Friday night.  We issue you our tags with tag numbers on Friday night. You are limited to 15 items.

  2. CHECK YOUR SKI BINDINGS to make sure they are current.  Ski shops can only service bindings that appear on the indemnified bindings list.  We will use the latest available binding list when you drop off on Friday.  The 2023-2024 published list can be accessed here.  Please check to make sure your bindings are listed.   If they are not listed, then we will not sell them.

  3. CHECK YOUR BOOTS to make sure they are current.  Make sure there is a "DIN" number on the boot.  If you see DIN followed by a number on the boot, you're all set.  If not, sorry, your boots are too old to be sold.

  4. Tie your boot and skate pairs together.  You can use twine or string to tie the items together and save time at the check-in.  There needs to be enough length to allow customers to try them on.  We recommend a length of 2 feet.  Twine will be available at the swap for those who cannot do so before the check-in.

What to Do

What can you sell?  Let's start with the obvious:  Skis!  Ski boots, snow boards, snow board boots, ski apparel, winter clothing, ice skates, hockey equipment, gear bags, inline skates, snow shoes, gloves, mittens or any other winter sports related items.  We do require that the equipment is in good condition and fit to be safely used.  We're sorry, but we no longer accept helmets.

As noted above, boots without a DIN and skis with unlisted bindings cannot be accepted.  We'll take a look at them for you on your way in.  See our instructions above to determine if your equipment may be included in the sale.

Directions:  From Rt 9, take Rt 30 west for approximately 1/2 mile.  The Hastings School will be on your left.  Enter the school through the main entrance on the right.
